Adoption Application

Fill out the Adoption Application and we will contact you by email to set up a date and time for a phone call interview. The phone call is a wonderful way for us to know more about what you are looking for in a puppy and you have the opportunity to get to know more about us and ask any questions you may have.

Non-Refundable Reservation Fee

Once your adoption application is approved, you will need to pay the $500.00 non-refundable reservation fee to secure your spot on the Master List. This non-refundable reservation fee will be applied towards the total price of the puppy. The non-refundable reservation fee is a commitment to Helios Doodles, not to a specific Dam/Sire Reservation List or a specific puppy.

Master & Reservation List Agreement

After you have paid the reservation fee, you will then need to choose the Master List you want to be placed on (Type of doodle). Then wait for an email of pregnancy confirmation "New Dam/Sire Reservation List Opening". These emails are sent to best match your requests from your adoption application. You will have 72 hours to come to a decision to be put on the list or to pass on this particular list. Once you are on the Dam/Sire Reservation List, you can follow your puppy's journey on a private page. This page will have lots of information that pertains to the puppies in the litter you selected.

Selection & Pick Up Day

At about week 7 you will get an email from Helios Doodles letting you know the Puppy Evaluation videos and scorecards for each puppy and the vet clearances are ready for you to view. The scheduling information about Puppy Pickup Day(PPD). You need to respond within 48 hours of the email so that we can start to prepare for PPD. You can choose to pay 3 different ways. Pay using the link at the bottom of the "Reserve My Puppy" page, litter's private page or you can pay at pickup on PPD. If you are paying on PPD, we can only accept credit cards, cash, or cashier's check. Puppy Pickup Day should be on Saturday after the puppies are 8 or 12 weeks old (depending on puppy litter) unless puppies are a day or 2 short of being 8 weeks old.
