How the List systems works

For example, if you want a Multigenerational Moyen Goldendoodle, you would select to be on the Master Multigenerational Moyen Goldendoodle list. You will be placed on that master list based on the date of reservation fee received (and/or date of request, if you choose to switch from a different master list). So say you are slot #12 on the Multigenerational Moyen Goldendoodle List. When we confirm a pregnancy that produces Multigenerational Moyen Goldendoodles, Helios Doodles will then send you an email with those details. If you want to be on the list, you will have 72 hours to confirm in order to be placed on that Dam/Sire List in order of the Master Multigenerational Moyen Goldendoodle List. If you reply after 72 hours, you will be placed on the Dam/Sire List based on the date of request.

If no one above you wanted this particular Dam/Sire List, you could be #3 on the list (Helios Doodles will always take spots #1 and #2). If you replied to the email after the 72-hour time frame, and all clients above you and some clients below you all wanted on that particular Dam/Sire List, then you could be placed at spot #19. So after the 72-hour time frame, the Dam/Sire List goes in the order of date of the request for that particular Dam/Sire List.

We will not bump you or anyone down if other clients change their minds either. It is important to act within the email time frames because moving to a Dam/Sire Reservation List within the 72-hour timeframe of your “New Dam/Sire List Opened” email notification is the only way to be placed according to the order of reservation fee received. You can only be on ONE Dam/Sire Reservation List, but you will still keep your Master List spot until you take home a puppy. You are allowed to change the Dam/Sire Reservation List 4 times, after that we will contact you to see if we can help.

In both of the cases below, you will be placed according to the date of request and not by the date of the reservation fee received.

If you are on a Dam/Sire Reservation List and you get notified of another Dam/Sire List opening, and you choose to leave the first Reservation List to move to the newly opened Reservation List. You can also choose at any time to change your mind and move to a different confirmed pregnancy Dam/Sire Reservation List. In both of these cases, you will be placed according to the date of request and not by the date of the reservation fee received.
